2021 Bago Vintage

Week3_Vintage16.jpg

What a beauty... fill them up. 2021 promises to be a great Vintage 🍷

Our 2021 Bago Vintage quality is a high level despite a lot of humid damp weather during December and January.
The yield appears to be back to average after a drought effected year last year with some varieties above average like our hero Chambourcin and the volumes of Norton have had the best crop on them to date.
As there are is lots of native blossoms we haven’t had too much bird or flying fox damage at this stage as we did last year, lots of Bloodwood flowers in the forest with massive blooms.

We are all look forward to tasting the finished product!
