An ancient Red Bloodwood tree, Old Bottlebutt stands tall as the largest recorded example of its kind, boasting a remarkable girth of over 16 metres!! It is absolutely incredible. With a legacy that spans over two centuries, this tree of nature invites visitors to embark on a captivating journey.

This ancient beauty is surrounded by a 600 metre loop walking track that offers a tranquil escape where you can immerse yourself in the sounds of the birds and the endless forest of palm trees. Step into a place where time slows down, allowing your senses to fully embrace the beauty of your surroundings.

The road is in good condition to drive on with plenty of signage and you can access without a 4x4. There is also a picnic area and public toilets. Accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays.
